City Puppies' founder is running a marathon!

That's right! I am sometimes thought of as being part dog but this is the one time that I really wish I was a dog because 4-legs vs 2-legs seems like an easier run.ﾠ However, I am determined to run a race that any dog could be proud of.

The race: Seattle Rock & Roll Marathon

The date: June 27, 2009

With this race comes not only a mental challenge but a personal challenge of trying to help out a greater cause as well.ﾠ I am looking for sponsors to not only help me reach the race but also help out the Humane Society's puppy mills campaign.

The sponsors: I am looking for 5 sponsors of $200 each.ﾠ No more. No less.

What you receive as a sponsor:ﾠ

1. Your business logo/identity on the back of the t-shirt that I will be wearing for the race
2. 2 complimentary t-shirts sent to you as soon as the 5 sponsors have signed on
3. Your business information listed on the City Puppies' online business directory for free, for no less than 1 year
4. Your business logo/identity (with a link to your website) listed on this page
5. A link to your website listed on the bottom left hand side of the home page; this will remain here until 2-weeks after the race
   
6. $50 of your $200 donation will be donated to the Humane Society's puppy mills campaign (in the names of all of the sponsors).ﾠ The remaining $150 will help me reach the race from NH and help cover the cost of the t-shirts and advertising your business on the website.

If I had a tail I would surely wag it your way. Who could say no to that.
